My Favorite Things

I love hearing which products my friends really love because I just may want them too!

So, I created a list of my very favorites. You'll find things I love to use in the kitchen, for DIY, for education, for reference...all sorts of things! (I add more every so often, so check back!)

Here are some of my very favorites. Check them out for yourself.

Phototherapy
There's nothing to plug in, rub on or consume with LifeWave!  This is an amazing form of phototherapy that uses the body's own infrared light rather than an outside light source.  Our own light is reflected back to the skin from a little patch and it triggers the body to do something - let's increase healthy peptides that improve health - X39 is our very favorite!

Electrolytes
Electrolytes - so necessary! Now that we are into phototherapy and exercise, we are making sure our bodies have what it takes to operate properly.
These are our favorite flavors - there are several more for you to choose from - Chocolate, Watermelon, Grapefruit.

Protein Powder
There are a couple of protein powders I like and this is the one I use when I want to avoid sugar - like for the No Sugar Challenge! Chocolate is a favorite.

Home and Personal Care
This is the one we ordered and it's on it's way! Use our link to get 20% off and then let's compare notes.

KITCHEN ACCESSORIES

Probably my most used kitchen gadget is my Instant Pot! (I've been making lots of bone broth and it's so easy.) There are just two of us, but the 6 qt is perfect. Most recipes are written for this size and I love leftovers!  The link is the updated version of my IP and it's the one I would buy again if/when I needed another. I especially love having a yogurt setting!

I like making a protein shake and an immersion blender make it really easy.

The easiest way to make a smoothie with in immersion blender is in one of these stainless measuring cups!  It's perfect to measure AND mix in!

We love cashew milk, but almond milk might be your milk of choice.  This no-mess device makes the process so easy and you control exactly what's in your milk.   Use our link and you'll save $25 off your Almond Cow.

(We get our organic nuts from Almond Cow, too!)

Dehydrator

I like to make healthy food and not waste anything.  My dehydrator is a great kitchen gadget that allows me to make the most of my food purchases.  After doing some research, I decided to get this Corsori 6 tray. I wish it were a little shorter so it would fit on my counter under my cabinets, but I'm not one bit sorry I got this one - stainless steel trays, easy to use.

RESOURCES

Dr. Benjamin Perkus has provided clear techniques for using essential oils to transform your emotions and realize your heart's desire! I was so impressed by this that I went through the training and became a Certified Aroma Freedom Practitioner! This is the new book that gives a great overview as well as detailed information about the techniques, as well as how and when they are used.

OILY ACCESSORIES

I prefer to use grapeseed oil as a carrier oil when making rollers that I give to others.

This is a must-have ingredient for DIY foaming hand soaps.

Great product for DIY's.

Great option for DIY room sprays.
