
Loss of health - oh, this is a tough one for sure - lying in bed or sitting in a chair and being unable to get up or to do what you want to do. Then there's the need to depend on someone else to do things for you...yes, this is frustrating.

Over the years, I've been a caregiver a few different times. Each role was different and presented unique challenges. Each one was emotionally if not physically draining.

Traditions are fun, but they aren’t sacred. This year is sure to be different, so celebrate it’s different-ness – and maybe jot down your thoughts in a Christmas journal so you will remember just how unique it was in 2020!
